Chef Rieubland plates his perfectly balanced dishes on custom Maison Fragile china, designed for the resort by Nicolas Ouchenir. Multi-course tasting menus or a la carte meals are paired with wines carefully selected by sommelier Daniel Pires.
Each month, our Chef Sommelier takes you to the heart of a Champagne house by pairing each dish with one of their « cuvées ».
Guest must be elegantly and smartly dressed (no short, sandals, neither sportswear accepted).
We gladly welcome our younger epicurians from 5 years and up. For a comfortable, culinary experience for all, a babysitting service is available upon request.
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
