A few bubbles and a hint of sweetness!
For Valentine's Day, Pastry Chef Claire Santos Lopes and Alice Tétienne, Cellar Master of Maison Henriot, have come together to treat lovers' palates!
Together, they have come up with a perfect pairing: a sweet creation in harmony with Henriot's l'Inattendue 2018 vintage, a pink and white grapefruit tart for two, sublimated with Madagascar vanilla.
