From the Fjords to Champagne

On Wednesday February 11, enjoy a culinary experience inspired by the far North and shaped by two exceptional chefs. At the heart of this unique event: Skrei, Norway’s legendary winter cod, also known as the fish of love.
Inspired by an immersive journey to Norway, Chef Christophe Raoux, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2015 continues his exploration of the world’s great marine terroirs. For this evening, he welcomes Ørjan Johannessen, Chef from restaurant Mirabelle in Norway and Bocuse d’Or 2015 winner, in collaboration with the Norwegian Seafood Council.
Together, the two Chefs will present an exclusive menu, inspired by the richness and diversity of Norway’s Sea.
